Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Scentrelaxstudio. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Not damaged or altered in any way

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

• Items that have been used or burned
• Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Items that have been personalized or customized
• Gift cards and promotional items
• Items purchased from third-party sellers

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@scentrelaxstudio.world within 30 days of your purchase to request a return authorization
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will send you a return authorization number and instructions
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
5. Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package
6. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Refunds will be issued for:

• The cost of the returned item(s)
• Original shipping charges (if the return is due to our error)

Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@scentrelaxstudio.world. We will process your exchange request and provide instructions for returning the original item and placing a new order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@scentrelaxstudio.world. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@scentrelaxstudio.world.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
